What approving a set of proposals would be worth per week, based on frozen evidence.
Each row is scaled to a weekly rate from its own evidence window, so figures with different windows can be added together. Eliminations count at face value; bid changes count proportionally to the CPC movement.
It is an estimate from past performance, not a promise about future weeks. It exists so you can decide what is worth your attention, not to be reported as realised savings — that is what Kept and the change history are for.
