Can I change a proposal before approving it?

Editable per row: the negative's match type (exact by default, phrase allowed deliberately), and where a harvested keyword lands.

Not editable: the calculated bid, the evidence, or the reason. If you could hand-edit a computed value, the run would no longer be reproducible and the day-5 measurement would be judging something other than what the engine proposed.

If a value looks wrong, reject the row and adjust the setting that produced it. That fixes the pattern rather than the instance.
